This 5.6/5.6 heavy-coating electrolytic tinplate sheet in T4 temper is engineered for the most demanding industrial can lid stamping applications. With a robust tin coating mass of 5.6 g/m² on both surfaces, this material provides superior barrier protection against aggressive chemicals, solvent-based products, and corrosive industrial contents that would rapidly degrade standard tinplate packaging.

Maximum Corrosion Protection

  • 5.6/5.6 g/m² Dual-Sided Heavy Coating: Twice the tin mass of standard 2.8/2.8 specifications, creating a substantially thicker sacrificial barrier that dramatically extends service life in corrosive environments. Verified by accelerated salt spray testing exceeding 48 hours without base metal exposure.
