Welcome to your premier international destination for high-grade steel packaging raw materials. We specialize in manufacturing and exporting top-tier Tinplate Sheet (Electrolytic Tinplate / SPTE) solutions. Our sheets are produced by taking premium cold-rolled low-carbon steel and electroplating it with a flawless, uniformly distributed layer of commercially pure tin. This advanced material engineering seamlessly merges the tough structural strength of raw steel with the supreme barrier properties and rust-resistance of tin.
As the industrial manufacturing, agricultural canning, and chemical packaging sectors expand rapidly across Africa, the Middle East, and South America, sourcing reliable, ready-to-stamp raw materials is more critical than ever. Our premium Tinplate Sheet selection is specifically cut and flattened to eliminate inner coil tension, allowing it to feed seamlessly into automated high-speed lacquering, high-definition lithographic printing, and component stamping lines. Whether your facility produces tomato paste cans in Algeria, sardine tins in Peru, or industrial aerosol canisters in Saudi Arabia, our steel sheets provide the ultimate foundation for your production line efficiency.
Our Tinplate Sheet inventory is processed under rigorous quality control matrixes, delivering superior performance advantages to metal packagers globally:
Versatile Thickness Profile (0.14mm - 0.50mm): Offering an ultra-thin 0.14mm gauge up to a robust 0.50mm thickness, giving you the flexibility to optimize material costs while maintaining precise structural strength.
Flawless Flatness & Zero Coil Set: Precision leveled and sheared into exact rectangular dimensions, preventing sheet jam-ups in your high-speed printing presses or multi-die stamping matrices.
Premium Surface Finish Options: Available in specialized finishes including Bright (for mirror-like lithographic printing and brand display) and Matte/Stone (to minimize scratching during automated mechanical handling).
Flawless Corrosion & Acid Resistance: The uniform electrolytic tin coating protects the base steel against rust and aggressive food acids (like citric or acetic acids), significantly extending shelf life.
Exceptional Weldability and Ductility: Engineered with consistent temper grades (from T1 through DR9) ensuring clean, smooth seam welding and deep-drawing without cracking, flaking, or metal fatigue.
Heavy-Duty Export Packaging Protection: Every pallet is heavily shielded against ocean humidity, salt spray, and rough port handling across emerging markets using professional multi-layer anti-rust wrapping.

Our ultra-precise Tinplate Sheet products act as the foundational raw material for an extensive array of rigid packaging applications across various global industries:
Food Can Manufacturing: Ideal for high-speed scroll-shearing into body blanks for 3-piece cans, processed food containers, easy-open ends (EOE), standard round sanitary lids, and bottoms for tomato paste, sardines, sweet corn, and fruit syrups.
Beverage Packaging: Extensively sheared and stamped to produce rigid twist-off crown corks for glass bottles, carbonated soft drink cans, and protective closures for beer bottles.
Dairy & Milk Powder Containers: Processed down to high-precision, dry-sealed metal canisters with aluminum pull-tab rings, providing zero moisture-vapor transmission to protect infant formula and powdered milk.
Chemical & Industrial Packaging: Used to form heavy-duty 1L to 20L rectangular or round tinplate pails, aerosol spray cans (for insecticides, hairsprays, or air fresheners), and protective containers for paints, lacquers, solvents, and engine oils.
Electrical Components & Miscellaneous: Utilized in the electronics industry for cable shielding plates, battery casings, heat-resistant components, and stamped artistic metal toys or decorative promotional tins.
A: A Bright finish features a smooth, reflective surface ideal for high-definition color lithographic printing, making your final retail canned goods pop on supermarket shelves. A Matte or Stone finish has a slightly texturized, rugged surface that reduces glare and micro-scratches during factory handling, making it highly preferred for industrial pails, crowns, or internal components.
A: Rust prevention is treated with the highest priority. Each Tinplate Sheet pack is coated with food-grade DOS oil and undergoes chemical passivation. The bundle is then tightly wrapped in heavy-duty Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper, covered with an outer metal steel casing, secured with heavy steel straps, and fixed onto reinforced wooden or steel pallets designed to withstand humid, long-duration maritime journeys.
A: Differentially coated means the tin coating weight is thicker on one side than the other (e.g., 5.6 g/m² inside and 2.8 g/m² outside). This is highly cost-effective for food packagers; it provides heavy-duty internal protection against acidic food contents while reducing the exterior tin coating thickness where only basic atmospheric protection is needed.
A: We provide both. We can supply standard straight-cut rectangular sheets for general can making, as well as high-precision scroll-cut sheets. Scroll-cut sheets are highly efficient for stamping round ends and lids because they minimize the metal scrap or skeleton waste left behind, helping your factory maximize material savings.
A: Every single shipment leaves our factory with an official Mill Test Certificate (MTC) detailing the exact chemical composition, temper, thickness, and tin coating mass. Our automated lines use continuous thickness-monitoring lasers and pinhole sensors. Buyers are also welcome to arrange third-party inspection (such as SGS or BV) at the port before container sealing.
