MR Prime Electrolytic Tinplate Coil T52 T57 T61 TH415 TH520 TH550 SPTE TFS

Product Overview

MR first grade prime electrolytic tinplate SPTE/TFS is manufactured using advanced electrolytic deposition processes. Tinplate consists of a central steel core that is cleaned and passed through electrolyte tanks where tin is deposited on both sides. The strip is then heated using high-frequency electric induction coils, causing the tin coating to melt and form a lustrous, protective surface with a coating thickness of approximately 0.00003 inch (0.00076 millimeter) on each side.
