Production process:
First, select a low-carbon thin steel plate that meets the standards as the substrate, and then remove impurities such as oil and rust on the surface through pretreatment processes such as pickling. Then use the electrolytic tinning process to make the tin in the plating solution evenly adhere to the surface of the steel plate through the action of electric current to form a tin layer. After tinning, soft dissolution treatment and passivation treatment may also be performed to improve the performance and stability of the tin layer. Finally, a special surface treatment process is used to give it a golden appearance.
