A1: Yes, our advanced lithographic printing process supports high-resolution, multi-color designs using standard CMYK or specific Pantone (PMS) colors. You can supply your artwork, and we will produce printed sheets/coils with precise color matching and detail.
A2: Printing on flat sheets/coils allows for higher print quality, registration accuracy, and speed. It eliminates the challenges of printing on a curved, formed surface and often results in a more durable finish with fewer defects.
A3: If your can manufacturing involves soldering (e.g., three-piece cans), SPTE is necessary. If you use welding or your priority is maximizing the adhesion and longevity of internal protective lacquers (especially for aggressive foods), TFS is an excellent, often more economical choice. Both can be printed with equal quality.
A4: The printing is applied to the external surface of the can. The internal surface remains coated with food-grade tin or chromium and can be further treated with FDA-approved protective lacquers, ensuring no contact between the ink and the food product.
